To expand our global presence, we are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in connecting people, organizations, and travel professionals with Kaer’s unique retreats and offerings.

As a Sales Representative, you will champion Kaer’s mission by building relationships with luxury travel agents, corporate clients, and boutique hotel partners. You’ll be instrumental in growing Kaer’s portfolio, ensuring that more individuals and organizations experience the profound impact of transformational travel.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Sales Expertise:
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales within the luxury travel, hospitality, or wellness industries.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional Relationship Builder:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Knowledge of the Luxury Travel Market:
- Experience working with luxury travel agents, boutique hotels, or high-end clients is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate wellness initiatives is a plus.

Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Spirit:
- Highly proactive, driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll wear multiple hats and contribute to building something from the ground up.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Client Relationships:
- Build meaningful connections with luxury travel agents, boutique hotels, and corporate clients who align with Kaer’s values.
- Cultivate new business partnerships to expand Kaer’s global network.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how Kaer’s retreats can meet client needs and elevate their offerings.

Drive Sales Growth:
- Identify and target new opportunities within the luxury travel and wellness industries.
- Execute sales strategies that align with Kaer’s mission and business goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing bookings and partnerships.

Collaborate with Partners:
- Work closely with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), travel agents, and other collaborators to enhance Kaer’s reach.
- Ensure seamless integration of Kaer retreats into partners’ portfolios and assist in creating bespoke packages when needed.

Market Representation:
- Represent Kaer at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase the brand’s vision and offerings.
- Stay informed about trends in luxury travel, wellness, and transformational experiences to position Kaer as an innovator in the market.

Operational Excellence:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide accurate sales reports and insights to inform Kaer’s growth strategies.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives, collaborating with the internal team to support lead generation efforts.
