What You’ll Do:
- Support CRM and Loyalty Activities: Assist in planning, developing, and delivering CRM strategies that drive member acquisition and retention while ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end process of online and offline campaigns, from concept creation to delivery and performance analysis.
- Email Marketing: Build and execute targeted email campaigns, including segmentation, template development, and scheduling. Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights to optimize future efforts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Kaer to ensure campaigns align with business goals and are executed efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Pull, analyze, and interpret customer data to track campaign performance and refine strategies. Use analytics tools to monitor key metrics and modify campaigns in real time based on insights.
- Process Improvement: Evolve and streamline CRM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, preferably in a CRM or loyalty-focused role.
- Experience with CRM platforms and ESPs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
