What We’re Looking For:

- Natural Hosts: You have a gift for making people feel welcome and supported, creating an environment where guests feel truly cared for from start to finish.
- Cultural Experts: You’re deeply knowledgeable about your local area, fluent in English and the local language(s), and enthusiastic about sharing the culture, history, and natural beauty of your region.
- Organizational Wizards: You can handle logistics, manage schedules, and collaborate seamlessly with facilitators, hotel staff, and local suppliers to ensure the retreat runs like clockwork.
- Guest Connectors: You thrive on creating emotional connections between guests and their experience, helping them bond with each other and the destination.
- Dedicated Professionals: You’re present and available for every moment of the retreat, going above and beyond to deliver an extraordinary experience.

Your Responsibilities:

- Welcome Guests: Be the face of Kaer, warmly greeting guests upon arrival and introducing them to the retreat’s purpose and setting.
- Handle Logistics: Oversee and coordinate every detail of the retreat, from transportation and activities to dining and daily schedules.
- Provide Support: Be available 24/7 to resolve any issues and ensure guests feel cared for throughout their journey.
- Foster Connections: Share local stories, traditions, and insights, immersing guests in the culture and environment.
- Behind-the-Scenes Preparation: Collaborate with facilitators to plan and organize the day ahead, ensuring seamless execution of every activity.
- Uphold Safety and Inclusivity: Ensure all guests feel safe, respected, and included at every moment.
