Position Overview:
We are looking for an All-Round Creative to join our dynamic and passionate team. This role is perfect for a multifaceted individual who excels in social media management, content creation, newsletter design, and website page development. As a part of our growing start-up, you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying our brand’s voice across multiple platforms. If you are entrepreneurial, innovative, and a go-getter, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to enhance our online presence. Manage and grow our social media channels with creative and compelling content.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, diverse content (videos, graphics, articles) that aligns with our brand ethos and appeals to our target audience.

Newsletter Design: Design and write visually appealing and informative newsletters to keep our community informed and engaged.

Website Development: Create and update website pages, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and reflect our brand’s message.

Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative ideas that drive brand growth and community engagement.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Bring fresh ideas and a proactive attitude to help grow and evolve the brand. Be ready to wear multiple hats and tackle new challenges as they arise.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in graphic design and copywriting.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with website development platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for well-being and a commitment to Kaer’s mission.
