Kaer® | Luxury Wellness Travel

Burnout is a nervous-system state, not a mood. A recovery week has to treat it that way. That means measured HRV, sleep held as the priority, a paced day with no group timetable, breathwork and cold as tools not theatre, and one Kaer Taker who reads what the day is doing to you. Six to seven days is enough to shift the trend. The year that follows is where it holds.
What the week does
Arrival: HRV baseline, sleep questionnaire, honest conversation about workload. Day one to three: down-regulation. Long sleep, aerobic walking, breathwork, contrast therapy. Days four to six: gentle reload. Strength once, one longer nature day, one longer sleep. Day seven: the plan.
What the week does not do
It does not fix your calendar. It does not replace therapy. It does not promise to "return you transformed". It gives your nervous system a real week off and a plan you can keep.
The Kaer approach
Every Kaer journey is composed for one guest at a private house in Europe. Add life to your years.
