The Experience
A Reset for Mind, Body & Self
The Bothy Retreat is for those who sense the need for a deep pause; leaders, creatives, seekers, and anyone ready to move beyond the noise of everyday life. Over five days, you’ll be guided through carefully curated therapies designed to restore your inner balance: somatic practices, hands-on treatments, movement in nature, and psychology-based guidance. You’ll be nourished with biodynamic meals, find space for silence and reflection, and leave with practical tools to integrate calm and clarity into your daily life. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: » Space to recharge, away from digital and professional demands. » Practices rooted in science and ancient wisdom to regulate stress. » A deeper connection to yourself and the natural rhythms around you.

Heckfield Place: Where Time Moves at Nature’s Pace
Set across 438 acres of Hampshire countryside, Heckfield Place is a restored Georgian estate that embodies the principles of regenerative living. Every detail, from biodynamic farming to energy systems and natural design, reflects a deep respect for nature. At its heart is The Bothy by Wildsmith, a space dedicated to wellbeing through therapies, movement, and connection to the land. From seasonal produce grown in its Market Garden to ancient woodlands and meadows alive with biodiversity, Heckfield is not only a place of retreat, but also of renewal. Here, luxury is defined not by excess, but by alignment with what truly matters: time, nature, and presence.
