The first layer of the framework takes place online and is designed to create clarity before form. Through a series of focused online sessions, we explore who you are, what gives you energy, where you keep leaking it, and what you are naturally wired for. We look at the gap between brand ambition and business reality, your natural decision-making style, and which directions actually fit you, and which do not. This phase typically consists of 2 to 4 online sessions, spread over several weeks, with the option to add a deeper 1:1 deep dive. Here, I step into the role of mirror: challenging assumptions, naming blind spots and filtering distraction so that only the essential remains. The outcome is a clear internal compass. You don’t leave with a perfect plan, but with clarity, confidence and first moves that make sense for you.
