This experience focuses on one clear outcome: understanding where your real strength lies and using that as the foundation for how you work and build. Before arriving in Portugal, participants complete one focused intake to set direction and depth from day one. During the experience, you work through: » your personal patterns and strengths » how you make decisions under pressure » what gives you energy and what quietly drains it » where you may be forcing things that no longer fit These insights are then translated into practical choices. Clarity around your role as a founder and direction for your business or concept. Four days in Portugal Designed for clarity, focus and real decisions
Over four carefully curated days in Portugal, participants step out of daily roles and into a focused, intimate experience with a small group of peers. The days are structured but spacious combining guided sessions, deep conversations, reflection time and moments in nature. There is no rush, no overload, and no performance. The setting allows for honesty, clarity and real breakthroughs. This is a small group experience (max. 8 people), designed to create trust and depth. Everyone arrives with their own questions, but leaves with sharper self-understanding and a clearer direction. The investment for this experience is €5,000. This includes the full four-day programme in Portugal, pre-work, guided group sessions, dedicated 1:1 sessions, and accommodation during the experience. Payment in instalments is possible. This experience is intentionally small and high-touch, designed for those ready to invest in real clarity and direction.
