Kaer® | Luxury Wellness Travel

Ground, regained.

Burnout arrives quietly and leaves the same way. Kaer builds the days that let it.

How it works

The arc opens with less. A Kaer Taker sets the tempo — later starts, longer meals, hours outdoors — and the nervous system is met before it is asked to do anything. Over four to five days at a boutique European property, breath, warm-and-cool work, walking in nature and unhurried treatments stack in a way the body can actually absorb. Meals are cooked around energy, not restriction. Sleep is protected from the first evening. What the guest leaves with is not a stack of new habits but a lower resting gear — the shoulders down, the jaw unclenched, the day arriving one thing at a time. Outcome before destination.

Frequently asked

What is a burnout retreat?+

A private stay built around stress recovery. At Kaer, days are stripped back, meals are timed with the body's rhythm, and hands-on care and outdoor time carry most of the work — no seminars, no schedule to keep.

How long should a burnout retreat be?+

Four to five days is the working minimum. Deep fatigue often asks for seven. A Kaer Taker will suggest the length that fits the state you arrive in.

Where are Kaer burnout journeys located?+

Boutique European properties, most often in quieter regions of Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Alps — places where the setting itself does part of the work.

Is this an executive burnout programme?+

Many guests are founders, senior operators or investors. The arc is private and adjusted per person, so it also holds for anyone in a long stretch of high load.

Will I have to do sessions or workshops?+

No group work. Kaer is one-to-one — Kaer Takers meet the guest where they are and remove anything that adds effort.

Can I bring my partner?+

Yes. Journeys can be composed for one guest or two, with the arc shaped to both.
