Kaer® | Luxury Wellness Travel

Sleep, restored.

Sleep is where the body repairs. Kaer builds a journey around bringing yours back.

How it works

Kaer starts with the result: nights that hold, mornings that arrive on their own. Over four to five days at a boutique European property, the arc is quiet by design — a Kaer Taker maps circadian rhythm, meals land at the hours the body wants them, screens step back after dusk. Breath, walking, warm-and-cool work and hands-on care replace whatever was crowding sleep out. Wearable readings, when a guest brings them, become part of the picture rather than the point of it. Each day carries fewer inputs than the last. By the closing days, a pattern the guest can take home is already in place — not a protocol to memorise, a rhythm they no longer have to think about. Add life to your years.

Frequently asked

What is a sleep retreat?+

A short private stay built around one result — better sleep. At Kaer that means a four to five day arc at a boutique European property, with days shaped around light exposure, meal timing, breath and hands-on care, guided by a Kaer Taker.

How long should a sleep retreat be?+

Four to five days is the smallest window where a new sleep pattern can settle and travel home with you. Shorter stays help; longer stays let the arc go deeper.

Where in Europe can I go for a sleep retreat?+

Kaer works with a small set of boutique properties across Europe — most often in Spain, Portugal and the Alps. Location follows the guest, not the other way round.

Does a sleep retreat use wearables like Oura or Whoop?+

If a guest already wears one, the Kaer Taker uses the readings as one input among several. Kaer does not require a wearable — the arc works on its own.

Who is a sleep-focused Kaer journey for?+

Adults whose sleep has thinned out — from travel, work rhythm, hormonal shifts, or a long stretch of pressure. The programme is private, one guest or two, and always adjusted to the person.

Is a sleep retreat medical?+

Kaer is a wellness programme, not clinical care. Practitioners are qualified in their fields; guests with a diagnosed sleep disorder are asked to keep their own doctor involved.
