Kaer® | Luxury Wellness Travel
Metabolism, steady.
Steady energy is a metabolic outcome. Kaer builds the days that make one.
How it works
The arc runs five days. Meals are timed and portioned for glucose stability, built by a chef in dialogue with a Kaer Taker. Movement is chosen for insulin sensitivity — walking, strength, one interval block a day. Sleep is protected from the first night. Warm-and-cool work and breath sit alongside, calming the systems that drive appetite and fatigue. Where a guest brings a continuous glucose monitor or lab work, the Kaer Taker uses it; where they don't, the plan still lands. The guest leaves with a way of eating and moving that fits an ordinary week — steady mornings, energy that holds through the afternoon, a body that responds. Outcome before destination.

Find My RhythmFrequently asked
What is a metabolic reset retreat?+
A short private stay built around metabolic clarity — steady glucose, better energy, a body that responds to what it is given.
How long is a Kaer metabolic journey?+
Five days is standard. Enough for a pattern to settle around meal timing, movement and sleep.
Do I need a CGM (continuous glucose monitor)?+
Not required. Where a guest wears one, Kaer Takers use the readings as one input.
Is this a weight-loss programme?+
No. The frame is what the body gains — steady energy, sleep, strength. Composition changes tend to follow.
Where in Europe does the metabolic journey run?+
Boutique European properties across Kaer's network. Setting and kitchen carry part of the work.
Is the programme medical?+
Kaer is a wellness journey. Where clinical input matters, Kaer Takers coordinate with the guest's own doctor.
