Click on this to discover more about your chosen room and date ranges for your exciting experience. Room Booking Options: If you're planning to book together, select the 'Shared Room' option twice. Solo travelers can choose the 'Shared Room' option as well, and we'll pair you with a like-minded fellow traveler. Payment Choices: You have the flexibility to either hold your reservation with a deposit or pay in full. The deposit is 20% of the total price of your experience. Completing Your Booking: Fill out the necessary information form and proceed to payment. The remaining balance, which is 80% of the total cost, should be settled no later than 60 days before your experience begins. Confirmation and Welcome: Once your booking is complete, we'll send you an official confirmation and a welcome email, which includes all the essential information for your journey. Need Assistance? Check-in for your Kaer experience is scheduled between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM (local time). Our programming officially begins at 4:00 PM on the same day. As for the conclusion of your journey, programming ends at 1:00 PM. We recommend aligning your travel plans with these times to fully enjoy every aspect of your stay.

The journey from Palma airport to our location is approximately 1 hour. To ensure you can take full advantage of our program, we ask that you align your travel plans with our group shuttle service times, which are set to coincide with the start and end of our events. We will provide a complimentary shuttle service from Palma International Airport. The specific shuttle departure times will be confirmed after you book, tailored to facilitate your participation in our program's kickoff. For your departure, our shuttles will leave Es Racó d' Artà, timed to ensure you arrive at the airport for your flight home comfortably. We will send you these shuttle times following your reservation. Should your flight times fall outside our scheduled shuttle service, alternative transportation to and from Es Racó d' Artà will be necessary. However, this experience is designed with your well-being in mind, so feel free to take it easy and do what you need for your physical and mental well-being. While all classes and activities are voluntary, please note that they are booked and paid for in advance. Non-participation in any activity will not be eligible for a refund.

The itinerary for your stay, while thoughtfully planned, is not completely fixed. We keep an element of flexibility in our schedule to accommodate unexpected changes or to seize opportunities that could enrich your experience. Although we aim to stick to the planned activities, sometimes adjustments are necessary to ensure the highest quality of your stay. Should there be any changes, we will inform you promptly. This flexibility allows us to provide you with a more dynamic, responsive, and ultimately rewarding experience.

Arriving late or leaving early disrupts the flow and experience, both for you and other guests. We strongly encourage you to align your schedule with the program dates to fully embrace and benefit from the Kaer experience.

If you're traveling alone, you're in good company. We thoughtfully pair you with another guest based on compatibility. The accommodations are designed for comfort and privacy, with separate beds and private bathrooms. As a solo traveler, you have the choice between a single room or a shared room – we accommodate according to your preference, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our menu, featuring organic, local, and fresh produce, is expertly composed with the guidance of our Kaer nutritionist, ensuring a harmonious balance of taste and health. For those seeking vegetarian or vegan options, we have a variety of choices to cater to your preferences. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies that were not mentioned during registration, please inform us as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs seamlessly.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need regarding our cancellation policy. No one plans to cancel a booking, but life can be unpredictable. To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance. It's essential to read and understand our cancellation policies outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Our cancellation policy is structured as follows: If you cancel within the first 24 hours of booking, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip's start date, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 60 days before the start date result in a 100% cancellation fee. Please keep in mind that our trips have limited space to maintain a personalized and intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to assist both our guests and us in sharing any unexpected expenses that may arise due to cancellations.
