Solo travelers can choose the 'Shared Room' option as well, and we'll pair you with a like-minded fellow traveler. Payment Choices: You have the flexibility to either hold your reservation with a deposit or pay in full. The deposit is 20% of the total price of your experience. Completing Your Booking: Fill out the necessary information form and proceed to payment. The remaining balance, which is 80% of the total cost, should be settled no later than 60 days before your experience begins. Check-in for your Kaer experience is scheduled between 11:00 PM and 12:00 PM (local time). Our programming officially begins with a kick-off lunch at 1:00 PM on the same day. As for the conclusion of your journey, programming ends early. Flights in the summer months to the Dolomites are scarce, so we have tailored the program to the available flights. We depart early with the airport shuttle on June 12th for an early flight. Our team will send an overview of the best flights.

The Kaer Experience is carefully crafted to ensure a powerful impact and meaningful outcome. Your participation is highly valued, as it enhances the overall experience. However, this experience is designed with your well-being in mind, so feel free to take it easy and do what you need for your physical and mental well-being. While all classes and activities are voluntary, please note that they are booked and paid for in advance. Non-participation in any activity will not be eligible for a refund.

The itinerary for your stay, while thoughtfully planned, is not completely fixed. We keep an element of flexibility in our schedule to accommodate unexpected changes or to seize opportunities that could enrich your experience. Although we aim to stick to the planned activities, sometimes adjustments are necessary to ensure the highest quality of your stay. Should there be any changes, we will inform you promptly. This flexibility allows us to provide you with a more dynamic, responsive, and ultimately rewarding experience.

Our hikes in the Dolomites are designed to be inclusive, yet they do require a basic level of fitness. Participants should be prepared for uphill treks averaging 15 km per day. While we ensure the hikes are suitable for various fitness levels, a foundational level of physical conditioning is necessary to fully enjoy and safely participate in the experience. Our team is adept at adjusting the pace and difficulty to accommodate the group's needs, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable and rewarding experience while respecting their individual capabilities.

For the integrity of our thoughtfully designed program, it is essential for all participants to attend the entire duration. Arriving late or leaving early disrupts the flow and experience, both for you and other guests. If you're traveling alone, you're in good company. We thoughtfully pair you with another guest based on compatibility. The accommodations are designed for comfort and privacy, with separate beds and private bathrooms. As a solo traveler, you have the choice between a single room or a shared room – we accommodate according to your preference, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our menu, featuring organic, local, and fresh produce, is expertly composed with the guidance of our Kaer nutritionist, ensuring a harmonious balance of taste and health. For those seeking vegetarian or vegan options, we have a variety of choices to cater to your preferences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need regarding our cancellation policy. No one plans to cancel a booking, but life can be unpredictable. To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance. It's essential to read and understand our cancellation policies outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Our cancellation policy is structured as follows: If you cancel within the first 24 hours of booking, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip's start date, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 60 days before the start date result in a 100% cancellation fee. Please keep in mind that our trips have limited space to maintain a personalized and intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to assist both our guests and us in sharing any unexpected expenses that may arise due to cancellations.
