Chris’s path toward becoming a facilitator for Kaer was sparked by a lifelong passion for movement. From a young age, he found joy in different sports and physical activity. But over time, that passion evolved into something deeper—a profound understanding of the connection between the body and mind. Today, Chris leverages his expertise and personal journey to guide others toward healthier, more balanced lives, helping them reconnect with their physical and mental well-being. For many people, the connection between body and mind has been lost. The pressures of modern life often leave individuals disconnected from their physical selves, leading to stress, health challenges, and an overall feeling of imbalance. Chris has made it his mission to bridge that gap. Through his work at Kaer, he uses a combination of movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to create awareness and appreciation of both physical and mental health.

I’m always open to discovering new things, seeing what I can use or what feels good to bring to the people I guide,” Chris explains. His method is rooted in empathy and curiosity, making him not just a teacher but a fellow traveler on the path to well-being.
