Movement to Mindfulness: A Journey of Transformation with Chris
Movement To Mindfulness: In this interview, we explore with Chris how to guide towards a healthier, more balanced life by creating more awareness and appreciation of physical and mental well-being.
1. Can you start by telling a bit about your journey and what inspired you to become a facilitator for Kaer?
From a young age, I was always fascinated by different sports and the joy of physical activity. This early interest has now evolved into a deeper understanding of the connection between the body and mind. Today, as a really proud facilitator for Kaer, I use various tools to help people reconnect with their bodies. Many people have lost this connection, often struggling with health issues or not feeling well. My goal is to guide them towards a healthier, more balanced life by creating more awareness and appreciation of their physical and mental well-being.
2. How do you think your personal experiences have shaped your approach in guiding others?
For me, it's also a learning process and it still is! I never stop learning. I'm always open to discovering new things and seeing what I can use or what feels good for me to bring to the people I teach. I try to be curious and open-minded so I can help others from my perspective. My personal experiences have shaped my approach by keeping me adaptable and empathetic, ensuring that I can connect with and support those I guide in the best way possible.
3. How would you describe 'transformational travel' to someone who's never experienced it?
Oh wow, good question! I think transformational travel is something you can't quite grasp or reach out to directly—it's more of a feeling or an understanding from a higher self, like a connection with the universe. We're only here for a short time, so it's about making the most of it and experiencing personal growth and profound change through our travels
4. What do you think makes a travel experience truly life-changing
When I travel, a lot of times you don't know what to expect if you go somewhere for the first time. Making good memories is a big part of it. Once you're connected to nature, just looking around and seeing how beautiful the world is can be truly life changing. It's those moments of appreciation that make a travel experience truly transformative.
5. Why should people consider investing in a transformational travel experience?
In our hectic and busy lives, it's easy to lose sight of ourselves and feeling stressed and even burn out. Transformational travel offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who we truly are. Taking a break from the daily grind allows us to find inner peace and perspective, making it a worth how important it is to investment in our well-being. Without a good health, everything else becomes challenging.
