Her Approach

Bringing Calm, Connection, and Clarity to Teams

Amy’s work is rooted in the belief that nature restores what modern leadership often erodes: presence, balance, and emotional resilience. With a master’s in positive psychology and coaching psychology, a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy, and specialised training in nature therapy and mindfulness, she blends scientific insight with deeply restorative practices. Her sessions support leaders and teams in stepping out of urgency mode and into a calmer, more connected state. Through mindful outdoor experiences, sensory awareness practices, reflective exercises, and psychological grounding techniques, she helps groups regulate their nervous system, listen more openly, and build trust that goes beyond surface-level collaboration. As a Kaer facilitator, Amy plays an essential role in creating breakthrough moments during leadership and team development programs. She supports groups in slowing down enough to hear themselves and each other, enabling conversations that are clearer, decisions that are wiser, and team dynamics that feel more human and aligned. Her guidance helps leaders return to their natural rhythm, reduce cognitive noise, and make space for the clarity required to show up with calm authority and authentic presence.
