Dear Kaer Members, We want to thank you once again for the energy, openness, and presence you brought to the Find Your Roar retreat. It was a privilege to share this journey with you in Botswana. You all inspired us deeply during the retreat, and it was a gift to witness your growth, observations and connection to this special journey. Know that you are never alone in this journey. Whenever life feels heavy or uncertain, return to your breath and the tools we explored together. The magic we experienced doesn’t end here, it lives within you. Embracing the Roar: Reflections for a Life Aligned

1. Open Mind & Open Heart: A Fresh Perspective During the retreat, this exercise invited you to look at the world and yourself through a new lens. It challenged you to reflect on the filters we unconsciously carry: - How do these filters shape the way you see yourself and others? - Are you truly listening to the voices of others, and to your own inner voice? - How do you receive and give emotions, intimacy, or connection? Now that you’ve returned home, the practice of revisiting your lens is more important than ever. As you reflect, ask yourself: - What has shifted since the retreat? - Are you noticing the filters in your daily interactions? Taking even a few moments to reflect on these questions can bring clarity to the way you engage with the world and stay true to your ROAR. 2. Who Are You? – Rewriting Your Story One of the most powerful aspects of Find Your Roar was the opportunity to explore your personal story—your upbringing, your choices, and the moments that shaped who you are. As you reflect, ask yourself: - What parts of my story feel most meaningful now? - Are there patterns I’ve noticed since the retreat that I want to change? - What lessons can I carry forward into the next chapter of my life? Transformation isn’t about one big breakthrough—it’s the small, intentional choices you make each day. Reflect daily on what you’ve learned, share your insights with someone you trust, and let mindful actions guide your decisions. Keep your ROAR alive by staying connected to your growth and letting it shape your path forward.
